We offer a choice of group and private sessions:-
There are a maximum of 6 participants and we utilise the latest STOTT PILATES® Equipment, the V2Max Reformer. The V2Max Reformer is the latest equipment available and provides a spring resistance to your workout and multi-directional exercises, for faster results and long lean muscles. Groups are motivational, functional and fun! They ensure safe and effective exercise with attention to form throughout the class.
These sessions are an hour and begin with a lifestyle, medical and physical enquiry, static postural assessment and basic movement analysis. This forms the basis on which to format a tailored program to address any muscle imbalances or movement restrictions whilst working alongside the personal goals of the individual. The program is continually developed and progressed ensuring the best possible outcome for your body with each session. If wishing to join a class these sessions will develop the understanding of the STOTT PILATES® method prior to attending, especially if this form of exercise is new to the individual. Sessions are available on a 1-2-1 basis, or if you have a small group, we are happy to work with you with a friend or partner whilst maintaining the focus and personal attention of an individual session.

The studio runs historically on a 40 week (9 months) annual cycle. This allows for major Bank holidays, Christmas and Easter breaks and 2 weeks annual leave. All classes are on a prepaid basis.
We give you the option to pay for your place in your chosen class on a monthly basis by Standing Order @ £14 per class spread over 12 months. The amount for this is £46.00 payable on the 5th of each month. The advantages to you are:-
• Your place assured.
• Never needing to check if you're paid up.
• Cancel at own discretion without an exit fee, unlike direct debit which is not under your control.
• Cost is spread over the 12 months.
• Option to catch up any missed classes with an instructor where there is space.
• Option to book for 2 classes per week at a reduced rate of £85 per month.
• Speeds up time spent waiting to pay.
• Pay for your classes in advance by BACS, cheque or cash. We do not take credit or debit cards.
• Please note that this must be done prior to the next block of classes or your place cannot be held.
Spaces are limited to 6 per class. Drop in classe or single class @ £16 payable on the day by cash or cheque only. Once the space is booked you will be charged should you not attend. All payments are made directly to your class instructor. Please note that we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations on the day cannot be carried forward.
